How do I request a refund for my entry fee if I can no longer participate in the race?

Before requesting a refund, make sure to read the refund policy for the race. Each race has a different refund policy and different dates that the refund must be requested by. If you fall within the refund request dates and the race is not sold out, you may request a refund by either calling the office at 858.268.1250 or by e-mailing info@kozenterprises.com.

 How do I request a transfer of my entry fees?

For all of our races, you can transfer your entry to the 2011 event or to another person. There is a $20 transfer fee for ALL transfers. If you can provide a doctors note, we only charge a $10 transfer fee.

To transfer your entry to an event in 2011 or to another person, you must download the San Diego Triathlon Series Transfer Form The transfer form must be received or postmarked by the deadline. The transfer deadlines are listed below, on the transfer form and on each race website.

IF YOUR TRANSFER FORM IS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE, IT WILL BE MAILED BACK TO YOU.

If your transfer request is received by the deadline and your $20 fee is included, then your request will be granted. You can also call the office or email info@kozenterprises.com to make sure that your form was received by the deadline.

Why are transfers not available online?

Transfers are not available online because we need The Transfer Form completed and mailed into us in order to complete your transfer request.

Silver Strand Half Marathon Transfers:

For the Silver Strand Half Marathon, you can transfer your entry to the 2011 event or to another person. There is a $15 transfer fee for ALL transfers.

To transfer your entry to an event in 2011 or to another person, you must download the Silver Strand Half Marathon Transfer Form. The transfer form must be received or postmarked by the deadline. The transfer deadline for the Silver Strand Half Marathon is November 1st. IF YOUR TRANSFER FORM IS RECEIVED AFTER November 1st, IT WILL BE MAILED BACK TO YOU.
